You can truly see the passion and care that the Xamena family has put into this hotel. There are so many little touches that surprised us, especially for a hotel of this size. The water dispensers on each floor, the welcome bottle of their Cava Brut Nature waiting in our room upon arrival—these are special touches that make you feel truly pampered. And what can I say about the beautiful cove and stunning sea, with crystal-clear water? Simply top-notch, undoubtedly the crown jewel of this hotel. During our stay we had dinner at the beach restaurant, seated at a magnificent table with a sea view. The live classical guitar music playing softly in the background made for a wonderfully romantic evening. The fact that there is soft live music every evening during dinner, whether it’s piano or guitar, both in the main restaurant and at the beachside one, adds a chic and refined touch—another example of the passion and care the Xamena family puts into everything. Despite the presence of many children, who of course have the right to enjoy themselves in the pool, we managed to relax at the beach and pool area, thanks to the adults-only sections—another thoughtful touch. A perfect example of coexistence between couples and families. Of course, the hotel is not responsible for the rudeness of certain guests who reserve sunbeds at the crack of dawn only to show up hours and hours later, or for the nighttime disturbances caused by some girls who think they’re staying at a hostel in Ibiza. As guests, we should all behave with respect towards each other and the property hosting us. But, in August, one must be prepared for these types of inconveniences. Anyway, thank you to the Xamena family for giving us a wonderful holiday, we would definitely come back!

I loved the luxury and the charm of the hotel, the organic soap, shampoo and body cream provided in the bathroom, the room was very big and cozy with a spectacular sea view from the balcony. My favourite was the little cove to go to swim into the sea. The main building is very nicely decorated. I also loved the sustainable ways of operating the daily life and the drinking water machines available at every floor. Since there are only few average quality eating options in the area the personnel suggests to also include halfboard or fullboard with your stay although it might get a bit boring. The Illetes area is very quiet, there is no promenade or nice roads to go for a walk, you will basically spend your whole days in hotel`s territory: beach and pool/sea during the days, bar and dinner in the evenings. Or you could go to Palma to explore and have dinner there.

Such a cute hotel! I have absolutely no complaints, truly. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The WiFi is exceptional. The staff were polite and helpful! The location was quaint, quiet. What I loved most about the hotel was the cove, hard to find a hotel with its own direct access to the beach, that was really pleasant! You’ll see in other reviews that the food is not great and that this hotel attracts a lot of older people — I found this not to be a problem and only added the quaint aesthetic of the hotel. There many food options in the area if the hotel’s dining options don’t suit you. Would to come back in the near future!

Food is definitely the highlight, excellent quality. Main restaurant is excellent, terrace buffet and Al a carte also excellent. Hotel was spotless, rooms are beautiful, beds really comfy. Loved the menu changed daily and the breakfast pastries were so fresh and tasty. Staff were excellent go above and beyond, bar staff at pool bar were so pleasant and accommodating and the main hotel bar. It's in a beautiful setting, not much around but Palma short distance away. Very hilly and alot of steps on property, was fine for our group but worth a mention Really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend

The gardens create a magic sanctuary. The buffet breakfast and lunches at the beach restaurant were delicious and substantial. The elegant four course dinners were accompanied by live music (piano, violin). The staff are enthusiastic about making the guests happy. You feel part of the "Bonsol Family". The art around the hotel has been collected for years- you discover something fascinating in every corner. The sea view from our room in the main building was stunning.
